根据《郑州商品交易所期货交易风险控制管理办法》第九条及《郑州商品交易所期货结算管理办法》第二十七条规定，经研究决定，对部分期货合约的交易保证金标准、涨跌停板幅度和交易手续费标准作如下调整：

一、自2023年7月19日结算时起，菜粕期货2309合约的交易保证金标准调整为12%，涨跌停板幅度调整为10%；尿素期货2309合约的交易保证金标准调整为10%，涨跌停板幅度调整为8%。

二、自2023年7月19日当晚夜盘交易时起，甲醇期货合约的交易手续费标准调整为成交金额的万分之一，日内平今仓交易手续费标准调整为成交金额的万分之一。

按规则规定执行的交易保证金标准和涨跌停板幅度高于上述标准的，仍按原规定执行。

Notice on Adjustments to Margins, Price Limits and Transaction Fees of ZCE Products

To Members:

According to Article 9 of the Measures for the Administration of Risk Control of Zhengzhou Commodity Exchangeand Article 27 of Measures for the Administration of Futures Clearing of Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange, Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange(ZCE) has decided upon discussion that margins, price limits and transaction fees for some futures contracts will be adjusted as follows:

From the settlement on July 19, 2023, margins and price limits for Rapeseed Meal Futures 2309 Contract will be adjusted to 12% and ±10% respectively. Margins and price limits for Urea Futures 2309 Contract will be adjusted to 10% and ±8% respectively.

From the night trading session of July 19, 2023, transaction fee for Methanol Futures Contracts will be adjusted to 1？of the trading turnover, intra-day transaction fee for Methanol Futures Contracts will be adjusted to 1？of the trading turnover.

In case the above adjusted margins and price limits vary from the current ones, the higher ones will prevail.
